Business account verified but account still banned

Hi, I started amazon last month, upon making my account i made a individual amazon seller account. I had really good first month, but after a while amazon banned me based on the fact i sold to many orders. They requested me to change my account type, which i took the blame and changed it to my company Ltd. It took a few days for amazon to verify the details. Everything went through smoothly and i was verified via email and on the account. And they said via email i will be able to sell again. But on my account it still says i am blocked from selling. I have checked all messages and performance messages nothing states why i am still blocked it maybe a glitch. Please can someone help.
