EVRI Postables rate
(I’ve asked a similar question before so hopefully this will get past the duplicate thread monitors!)
If I go to my standard EVRI account I can (for example for a item weighing 612g and less than 3cm thick) get a price of £2.24 (ex vat). All good except it requires entering all parcel and address details and manually confirming despatch.
So what I would like to do is send the same parcel either via Amazon Buy Shipping- but the price there is £2.42, or using EVRI smart send (imports details from Amazon) but similarly to Buy Shipping, the postables rate does not appear to be available.
So my question is this. Has anyone got a solution using an integrated shipping method that accesses the Evri postables rate?

Have you considered Yodel? We use Parcels2Go & yodel is £2.19 (ex.VAT) inc. £20 protection & there’s no special ‘post-able’ rates it just is what it is. Their smart send shows the £2.19 price & integrates nicely. I find their website easy to use, their customer service is miles better too… Evri postable is on P2G smart send for the same price.

I might be totally off, but I didn’t think “postable” was accessible through Buy Shipping. Hopefully someone else will confirm i’m wrong and tell you which box to tick.

Not really surprised about Buy Shipping, more surprised about Hermes own Smart Send
Surely there must be a lot of people sending a lot of postables who have an integrated method
I realise these questions would be better directed to Hermes but their help pages are and the ability to contact someone make Amazon Seller Support look good

My experience of P2Go customer service when you have a problem has been dreadful! Even with VIP status.

I’m really surprised by that, I speak to them at least once a week to open cases/ask for proof etc and they’re always really sound and quick. I can’t say I noticed a difference between standard account and VIP.

Thanks for this, it was what I needed, at least for the moment. The P2Go site worked much better than the own brand Evri site.
