Account Suspended
I am so angry right now! I sent an email asking when the payments are going to be sent to my bank account and they have suspended my account stating that I have tried to change bank details. This is ridiculous as either their customer representative does not know how to speak in English or he has suspended my account for no reason at all. I have been selling everyday on amazon for the past couple of months and I am still waiting for my payments!!! And now they suspended it. My bank details have been verified and everything is working ok because they sent me a refund of downgrading my account! I have been trying to contact customer support to no avail!!!

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated. Without seeing the original suspension notice, it’s difficult to help, however it sounds like you could have received this one, which is now reported as being sent to new sellers on the forum daily:
”We need additional documentation to verify your identity. If you currently sell on Amazon , we need to verify a change to your payment methods. If you did not make this change, contact Seller Support.”
If this is the case, this is basically a verification related suspension and you can find all the instructions in the e-mail which you received from Amazon.
Based on the previous threads where this exact suspension was discussed, Amazon should request you to provide them additional information through a banner which should appear in the “Account Info” section of your account:

In case you don’t hear from Amazon again, then try opening a case with the Seller Support under “Account Verification” and submit the following:
–Utility bill with name and address visible
–Business license, if applicable
–If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days.
Please note that suspended sellers are unable to open regular cases with the Seller Support and you will need to follow the instructions mentioned in the performance notification.
