Small Business Badge
I’ve just become brand registered and would like to get the small business badge displaying on our listings. Is this something that now happens automatically? Or is there something I need to do?
Amazon don’t seem able to provide me with a straight answer, they just keep telling me to contact different people.

We’re a small business and they didn’t automatically give us the badge.
We subsequently raised a case and they soon applied it-try raising a case again but make sure that you don’t use joined up words!

I really hate their wording around that.
It implies that I am not a small business because I don’t have a small business badge.
In actual fact I am just me, with a small shop, selling things that I don’t make myself… which apparently makes me not a small business (its all about perception).
I really wish they’d rename it to what it actually stands for (UK artisan or something similar)
