Email notification of order but no order?

Email notification of order but no order?

Has anyone ever had this before? I have had an email notification for a sale but when I view my dashboard there is no order showing. It is not in pending, orders or cancelled. It is also not showing in my RM account dashboard. I’m a bit confuddled :confused:

Anyone got any ideas before I attempt to get some sense out of SS?

Sorry everyone for the duplicate thread, I have just seen the similar threads (I wrote this before I had a look!).
