Proof of Address - registered business address is my accountants
I am trying to get my account verified however I do not have any of the proof of address documents that Amazon ask for as my Ltd company registered address is my accountants address.
All my business documentation, bank statements etc, all have my trading address on them, which is my home address.
Anyone else had this situation and can advise?

No, I was suggesting that you might be able to submit the accounts as proof of your business address. Amazon do check the CH records but I’m not sure if they actually look at the accounts - it may just be the incorporation certificate etc

Have you actually uploaded any documents yet? Including the ones from Companies House - Amazon will check their records and can see that your home address is on them as well as your registered address

I’ve uploaded proof of registration and Statutes, but nothing for proof of address yet.
Just checking through those documents though, and it has my accountants address as my correspondence address as well, so I think I just need to change everything to make it easier…they don’t mention my home address at all.

Your business address, which I assume is your home address, is on the accounts as well as the registered address

The accounts for your company are on the CH website. Page 3 of the latest ones show two addresses - registered and business

Ok, thanks. But that’s not a document I have submitted - the documents I have submitted do not have my home address on.
Have I misunderstood what they are asking for? I have so far submitted Company Snapshot and the original incorporation documents. Am I missing something?
And if my home address is detailed within the documents I submit, does that mean I can use my business bank statement with my home address on, as the proof of address?

Ah! I see, that makes sense, thanks for clarifying. I will try that alongside my bank statement and see if it is approved. If not, I guess I will need to change my registered address. Thanks for your help/
