Not gettiong buy box, 2nd order ever
Hi,
Just want to get some insight into this issue. Either I just have to have more patience or there is some other issue. I am new to selling on Amazon, Started selling and sent my first order in July this year. I never replenished those products, just let them sell out. Now, 2 months later sent in another 4 products. For the last week none has sold, and for the last 4 days i lowered my price 17p lower than the current buy box and im still not getting it. I have a lot of inventory of this product so that cant be the factor.
Is this due to me being new and since I started not consistently sending in stock and selling, making the algorithm a bit wary / 'ranked' a bit lower ? I mean ill wait it out if thats what it takes, but also just wondering if there could be some glitch. Surely being the cheapest by far should give me the BB ?
Any insights welcome

In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
