Hello, I was suspended under section 3 about three weeks ago, but there was no warning about this in the account health section. Amazon directly deactivated the account and said the products were counterfeit. I sent the invoice of the products to Amazon. I had purchased the products from Amazon, and the seller was also Amazon. I provided the order numbers and everything as screenshots to Amazon, but they are still saying that they need additional information. The review is being conducted by the handmade team, but the response is being provided by the seller review team. This is really a ridiculous situation. If this is the case, it means that Amazon is selling counterfeit products. We will file a lawsuit regarding this, as they are not accepting their own invoice and calling it counterfeit. Furthermore, a compensation claim will be filed for the days our account was closed.
