Lost Featured offer on my branded products
I just lost featured offer across all of my ASINs. i sell only branded products,

hello, facing the same issue. 15 asins including my PL products have no to featured offer. Support giving the scripted response.
Hurting sales as getting no bb at all. Losing BSR on PL products too.

Hi , I also have lost the featured offer on my listing. We're really not happy as it's really affecting our sales and BSRl. I have also always had the featured offer for the entire time I have sold the items. I am the only seller of the items on Amazon. I have contacted seller support but they just say they cannot discuss why I have lost the buy box.
Our seller central account is in good health, we have good sales and Feedback and have spent a small fortune on ppc so this is rather upsetting.
It may be related to us changing the pricing of our item which was done in error, however we have now set a constant fair price and have enrolled in Amazon automated pricing.
Please can someone help, it would be much appreciated.

Hi Spencer I also have the same problem. Lost the featured offer on listing where It is a private label product. I dropped the price and the problem went away. Im afraid if i bring the price back to original it will be lost again. Can you look into this please ? Asin below
