Help amazon wants no barcodes but manufactuer barcode isnt visible
Hi guys, im selling a product in a pack of 7. So i put 7 of them into a polybag and now have 30 polybags each with 7 of my product in. I was planning on sticking amazons label over the polybag but when i got to send to amazon it says use manufacturers barcode. I was hoping to use amazons label that they provide with the barcode as the manufacturers barcode is not very visible through the polybag, as the polybag is quite congested. How can i force amazon to let me use there barcodes? Otherwise i willl be very stressed that they wont be able to scan the manufacturer barcode through the polybag.
One other thing im confused about is that this is a polybag containing 7 manufacturer barcodes (as theres 7 inside them), if they scan one of these 7 barcodes, surely it could be confused with other listings whereby the exam same thing is sold in a pack of 1 instead of 7?

You need to change your settings in settings - fulfilment by amazon - FBA Product Barcode Preference
Change it to Amazon Barcode
You may need to create a new sku though for it to pick up the new preference

When you say i may need to create a new sku for it to work, do you mean delete the product from my inventory and then re-add it?
It says that if i delete it then i cant add an identical sku or product information until 24 hours have passed, so i will have to wait a whole day?

Just to confirm, does the manufacturers barcode link to the listing of 1 item or the bundle of 7?
