I'm a new seller who trying pay the monthy fee to amazon I'm using costco Citi credit card and for some reason my payment is being denied. What should do?

You should contact your credit card company to find out why it is denied.

To echo what fellow community member, @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, suggests above, I'd recommend next contacting your credit card issuer to see if they are seeing any issues on their end.
