Hello,

Amazon has deactivated my account. The reason for this is why they said that my company information and my country of residence are not the same.

No problem so far. I sent my documents and they informed me that the process will be finished in 14 days.
But it’s been 15th day and they still want me to wait.
I bought many products in the warehouse I rented and I need to send them to amazon warehouses as soon as possible and sell them, and of course, I pay the loss, not amazon.

In this case, I said call me now from amazon account health and again they informed me that they could not give me any date to wait.

I was really a victim of this. I suffered a lot.
What should I do ?

There’s a number in the vat registration number section of your seller profile page - but it’s not a UK VAT number
In order to store stock in uk , as you are a netp, you need to be uk vat registered

Your only 2 feedback are also from someone with the same surname as you
Did the deactivation notice mention anything about sales manipulation ?
