Image listing keep changing. Constant messages from buyers
I posted about this recently and the overwhelming response is that nothing can be done about it.
This is taking up so much time constantly replying to angry customers. Surely something can be done about this? Who can I contact to stop this from happening?
I sell used video game consoles and listings that have used generic stock images for years are suddenly changing to random seller listings which often include items that WE do not supply.
I am constantly getting emails from customers complaining they didn't receive a box, or a second controller or something else because it was in the images. I have to explain OVER and OVER AGAIN that the Amazon images are generic and they cover ALL sellers. Even though I include my own images, customers are just taking the main image as reference. They are NOT my images!
This keeps happening over and over again. Even a certain Nintendo console has photo's of R4 cards in them, which are essentially used to video game piracy.
I've tried my own, high quality images but nothing ever changes. Why does Amazon pick the absolute worst photos to upload to listings?

Also it's causing so many returns. Buyer expected two controllers, I only supply one. Now the customer is returning the entire thing.
