Listing images are changed to insect kill light lamp
Hi,
We are registered brand on IPO and also on Amazon brand registry and use GS1 barcodes etc. Recently, one of our product went out of stock on FBA and i noticed that images of the product B07GD4H2ZK changes to insect killing lamp.
I have been contacting amazon seller support and also amazon brand registry team and they are keep telling me that i need to change images inside inventory section or i should contact other representative of this brand to update listing images as he is winning contributor.
We never authorised anyone else as brand representative and we are only one user in brand registry, updating images on product page is also not getting live. Dealing with amazon seller support is not helpful at all, anyone has similar issue and how it resolved? Thanks

Not a solution - but I have had similar problem in past.
I noticed a mistake in an item I wanted to list (I think it was wrong colour). Amazon would not let me suggest any changes as the item was not in my inventory (well I did not want to add it until it was corrected).
So I added it to my inventory with 0 stock and tried again. Now the response was I cannot suggest changes as I was not the winning contributor (I assume they meant I did not have the Buy Box - but how was I to get the Buy Box with 0 stock?)
No end of argument got me anywhere and in the end I gave up and removed item from my inventory.
Probably not what you wanted to hear - but sometimes Amazon SS is just hopeless and cannot apply an ounce of common sense.

When I have having problems with the photo on a listing before SS told me to upload 6 photos, even if they were the same image 6 times to be the winning contributor for photos for that listing.
Now I’m not sure if 6 is the magic number, or if they told me 6 because the listing had 5 already. But sure enough I uploaded 6 images and my images took over the listing.

Just had a look and it seems that the correct images are now showing. I note that you have 6 images - did Dedez’s suggestion work?
