Buyer stolen my product.

The value of this product has exceeded 25 euros, but amazon has issued a no reason refund to help the buyer steal the item from me!!!
I was defrauded of 30000 euros by buyer in 2022. Amazon is so bad. No one will use amazon anymore.
This is too unfair. I ask amazon compensate sellers, stop unauthorized returns immediately!
Amazon grows by harming sellers!

First, letting you know that I removed the tracking number as this can be linked to personal data.
I've looked into the order you mentioned and I am unsure why there was a returnless refund for this specific order. It seems that in this scenario you could possibly raise a Safe-T claim.
Have you tried doing it yet?
