Amazon keeps changing my Shipping Template
For my products with a value less than £20 I charge full postage for shipping. Products over £20 I offer free postage. So I have a shipping template for both and assign accordingly.
I noticed a couple of week ago that an item I sell at £8.99 was going through with no shipping cost. Thinking it a mistake on my part I checked the shipping template it was assigned and sure enough it was set for my free shipping. So I changed it to the shipping template that charges.
Then today I noticed that again the product was being sold with free shipping. Checking and it again is now using the free shipping template. I thought when it happened first time that it may have been a mistake on my part (even though I was fairly sure I had not). However, now its happened again and I know for sure I had set it up with my shipping template that charges.
As it is quite a cheap product, I actually lose money when it sells with free shipping so it is annoying.
Anyone else notice this happening?

Can’t you simply boost the price then to match what the cost with shipping should be?
If Amazon want to keep bouncing this back to free shipping them play them at their own game and up your sales price instead.
