The appeal was put on hold forever
My store was retired on September 21, 2023.
I submitted my appeal to Amazon on January 31, 2024, February 29, 2024, and February 14, 2025.
But so far, the appeal has remained on hold.
My grievance was never processed, inconclusive, and unanswered.
As of today, March 27, 2025, I still haven't heard anything from Amazon.
This long and rotten grievance process is a headache.

Normally, if Amazon does not respond to your complaint, it is understood that your account cannot currently be activated according to Amazon's rules. You can continue to submit appeal, but judging by current regulations, the probability that your claim will pass is very low.
