Listing doesn't show up for other countries
Hello everyone!
I will try to write the shortest possible question.
Customer service seems to not understand my question…
I have a product - FBA.
In stock. Available to order… however, it looks like is available for British customers only. When I have my delivery address changed to UK everything is ok, but when I am changing the delivery address to Ireland, - my listing disappears
I am not asking about listing the product on other marketplaces (as this is the topic support is keeping sending me the answers for) but, my question is… where and what should I change to have the product available for my Irish (and not Irish only) customers.
I am buying myself many products from Amazon.co.uk with delivery to Ireland and is no issue with it.
I have checked in google and checked on my SC settings, I don’t have shipping restrictions set up.
Anywhere else I could check why I am not available?
I would appreciate any suggestions…

Go to Settings -> Shipping Settings, edit the template, and at the bottom you can add international shipping.

Firstly not all products can be exported, so that could be the issue. Other than that, go into your FBA settings and make sure FBA Export is turned on.

yes, all of that was done. I did check all the info before I have written the question.
I just thought that is something more that I should do to activate it.
Please see the screenshot - I do have activated international shipping.
The product doesn’t any restrictions, is an exfoliation glove. I was buying myself similar products from Amazon Uk with the delivery to Ireland.
What are your thoughts?
Seller support as an answer to my question keeps sending me info on how to open a listing on other EU marketplaces, and this is not what my question is related to…
