ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED, BUT STILL BEING CHARGED MONTHLY FEES!
Hi all,
I requested my account be deactivated after losing endless money with PPC costs and low sales. Before I requested this, I changed my account to Individual Seller so I would stop being charged Monthly Account Fees. Now, it's been 3 months since my account was successfully closed by Amazon UK, but I am still being charged Monthly Storage Fees. I have had no stock for many months!
I am unable to contact Seller Support in ANY capacity, due to deactivation.
I am unable to Delete my Credit Card details (only update/edit them).
As I am in Australia, being charged $32 Pound per month, which converts to about $60 AUD each month and is costing me a fortune!
Please can any MOD help me with this? I am a single parent on a low income and it's killing me each month to lose this money. How can I claim it back? Appreciate ANY help anyone can provide.

MOD help needed.... Can any Amazon Mod please assist me with this issue? I am still being charged Monthly Storage Fees for stock that hasn't existed at Amazon UK since April 2023. I am stuck in a loop with no ability to contact Seller Support (due to my Account being closed as requested). I have no option to delete my credit card details either.

Apologies for the delayed response.
Did you manage to close all your accounts?
As per Close your seller account guide:
If you keep any accounts open with a Professional selling plan and have buyable listings, you will still be subject to a monthly subscription fee.
Seems like you are being charged for the Monthly subscription fee FAQs.

change your fba account to a MF account...
