USA shop opened and suspended within minutes
Hello
Please help, I have tried everything and am really getting tired.
I opened our USA shop yesterday with all the same details as our EU account and in 30 minutes it was suspended.
They asked for a new Utility bill.
I made sure the address was exactly the same as I do on all of our stuff we have on the business name.
I have sent it through but still, Amazon are saying no and deactivated our USA shop.
Please anyone who knows tell me how to get our account re-instated as we only had it open for 30 minutes and there is no reason for this.
Thank you very much in advance!

Amazon USA is now very strict when approving new sellers to sell on their site. Basically, almost every new seller gets suspended immediately after registration and unfortunately, the decision is then very difficult to overturn.
What triggers this kind of suspensions are the documents and information, which you provided at registration and during verification.
Amazon USA doesn’t like pre-paid cards, online bank accounts like Payoneer, off-shore companies with virtual offices, businesses which appear to be set up only to sell on Amazon.
Are you sure that all the documents which you provided were correct and exactly matching the information entered in your account details? Did you sign up for the Professional Selling plan or Individual? What entity did you use - individual or business?

this was what we got from them:
Hello,
We are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon.com.
Please ship any open orders. If you have any funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please send an email to payments-funds@amazon.com.
Please provide the following documents and confirm there is a valid credit card on file:
–Utility bill with name and address visible
–Business license, if applicable
–If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days.
You can send files in .pdf, .png, or .gif format. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. Please submit your documents by following this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us.
Once we receive your documents, we will review them and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.
Sincerely,
Seller Performance Team

We had a series of exactly same experiences recently while registering different companies from Lithuania on Amazon USA. Bulgaria/Lithuania origin could be kind of unofficial answer to (y)our question… You guys seem to be drilling too deep on your search of the reasons.

why do they write if your a LTD to register as an Individual then? I read it three times. Business said corporation, partnership and stuff like that.
Seller_BgKbtb0cerTCs
I see I can re-take the tax interview and change my legal name to include LTD on the end?
Any thoughts anyone?

It would really be nice if they could just make a proper explanation so we do not have to go through this guessing when trying to expand honest business

Hello,
I am a sole owner and have a LTD company.
These are the options to choose from in Amazon:
Its says here to register as an Individual but if you choose Business there is an option for:
So should I choose Business Disregarded Entity as I do have a Tax number, company register number and am a Sole owner?
Thanks ahead for your kind replies and help

I do not think I registered as an individual as my account is linked to my Business Euro Marketplace account so it is impossible for me to have registered as an individual.
The only place I made a mistake maybe was by choosing individual in the Tax information as it was confusing as you can see in the above screen shots.
I also found this if it helps:
Ltd.
The abbreviation “Ltd.” stands for “limited,” and a company carrying this abbreviation has the same limited liability feature as an LLC. Partners and owners in the company are protected from personal responsibility for debts and lawsuits. Ltd. is a descriptor, not a specific business entity, in the United States. A “C” or “S” corporation, for example, may carry “Ltd.” at the end of its name. The Ltd. abbreviation as a legal business entity is common in the European Union, where laws governing business formation are more specific with regard to the number of shareholders, how dividends are paid and taxed, and other matters.
This is how we are registered in Europe as an LTD with a VAT and CO Reg No.

Hi Doozy!
Thanks a lot for your kind reply.
We have not yet emailed them the documents.
Basically, our company Ltd is registered in England and Wales but we don’t have Business License as here in U.K Not every company should have/must have business license and the requested documents such as Utility Bill and Business License are the same as they had asked you mean Standard template email.
Secondly, if you could Please suggest any other idea as well before we go ahead to them and get standard templated reply that we reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.com…
I highly appreciate your response.
