Read onlyHello there, this is the message I got. Account is active in Europe and inactive in North America where we do not want to sell anyway. How do I set the NA markets inactive and reactivate our store to sell in European markets, mainly UK?
I see others have had the same problem. How do I get in touch with a person in customer service? Tried to contact our account manager but her email is invalid. Cannot seem to find a way out.
Would closing this account and opening a new one solve the problem?
Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks
