Permission to Create Brand Registry for a Brand
If a brand would like me to register their brand for them in brand registry and be the only authorized seller, am I able to register them? What would I need from the brand in the authorization letter?

This is a great question! You are able to register them yourself! Here is our Letter of Authorization help page so I recommend following the same guidelines when registering a brand you do not own in terms of templating.
Also, in our Brand Registry Application Guide on page 4, it talks about the different options you can select in relation to trademark ownership. Depending on how you answer, you will be asked to submit a copy of proof of trademark ownership: either a copy of the authorization letter from the trademark owner of the brand or the proof of licensing arrangement/contract with the trademark owner.
As a note, if you are not the brand owner, we strongly recommend having the brand owner enroll the brand and then add you as an authorized user.
