Dimensions

So we have completed our shipment plan however, we filled out the dimensions sections correctly by l x w x h but the order of this then changed when the shipment was completed and we got our tracking number. The one below, 61 x 45.7 x 45.7 is the correct measurements however when all of this was completed, the order of it then changes as you can see the further below image.

Please help!
