No disbursement was made for last period, despite having regular amount of sales.

Hello,

I have been selling on Amazon since 2021. I have had no issues with disbursements. The funds get disbursed as scheduled, along with a reserve amount that gets carried to the next selling period (every 2 weeks).

However, just days before the last disbursement was scheduled (8/1), I saw the amount go to $0.00 and my account reserve go up. No disbursement was made.

Now for this current period (8/1 - 8/15), I am scheduled to get $0.00 funds at 8/15. All of my sales seem to keep going into the Account Level Reserve. I understand that there's usually an amount in the account level reserve, but I have not and will not be receiving payment it seems.

I have created tickets since 7/25/2024 (15762787641, 15753827631, 15709775111, 15703667551) and they keep getting transferred or "answered".

My account is in good health (236) and I don't know why my sales are just going into Account Level Reserve, and I am not scheduled to receive funds.

Additionally, I check periodically throughout the day, I will be scheduled to get some money, and then it goes to $0.00 shortly after (with my account level reserve going up).

My charge methods are good as well (I have 3 cards on file, expiring 2026+).

Please help, I want to resolve this but do not know how.

I wish to continue selling on Amazon but need my funds to pay suppliers as well as my bills.
