I have a relatively old seller account (over 10 years) and have been inactive for while. I've decided to restart selling on Amazon but I am unable to reactivate my account despite having zero policy violation warnings.

The default path to reactivation does not work because I have no issues to resolve or appeal. I can't seem to find any other way to reach out to Amazon for assistance. Can anyone please advise?

I am trying to appeal a policy violation from 4 years ago because I believe i put a copyright word in the title to describe the product. However it's been 4 years and the performance notification has disappeared and I have no way to contact amazon seller support or even use the chat system.

I have zero policy violations but my account is still deactivated and I can't see any options to resolve it. I can't log a ticket becuase every time I try to log one, it just brings me back to the main screen. The "Reactivate" button at the top doesnt do anything either.

Please can someone help me out?
