Account Level Reserve - 100% of Profits Being Held With No Explanation

100% of my funds have been put into account level reserve without any explanation or idea of when they will be released. This has significantly impacted my business as I am not able to purchase inventory without these funds. Running out of ideas on how to remedy this as Amazon seller support has been extremely unhelpful - often transferring me for hours at a time.

Same here and when I pressed Seller Support, they "Transfered" my case, and that's the status it's still showing.

What is happening with my funds: Aparently I am on "Payment based on Delivery Date". What they do is take the last estimated delivery date and then add on 7 business days, and then on the 8th day after that, your funds will be released. This ends up being more than 2 weeks in my experience. Why am I on this type of disbursement? NO IDEA and NO ONE will help! Sorry, I'm just venting.

I hope you're not studk on this type of disbursement also, but I suspect you are, especially if a new seller.
