Can I change shipment content after it was sent?
Hi guys. I feel like an idiot. Just realised that I mess up with my FBA shipment yesterday. I had 8 boxes with different content and mixed box 2 with box 7 - label from box 2 went on box 7 and vice versa🤦🏻♀️ Is there any chance to change it once it was shipped? 😣 Boxes went to different centres :( Overall shipment counts will be correct... I've just opened a case with support, waiting for their reply...
Any ideas how to deal with this 🤷🏻♀️

Don’t worry; it could have happened to anyone.
I have only found information about Changing shipment contents after shipment creation; however, as I understand it in your case, it would be a complete swap of shipment content.
It is possible, that you will be required to cancel the shipment, but before taking any steps, please review the below help page and wait for the Seller Support response.
