How do i stop selling in europe
We have been selling books through amazon for over ten years. Some how we seem to have gone into amazon central sellers which we do not sell outside of great britain. Can anybody help use to revert back to selling just in great britain. We have contacted customers service with a case log and they have come back to say that we are active, but we are still in european market. I have tried to phone customers service with the numbers provided but got number not recognised

To stop listing on eu sites go to settings - account info - going on holidays and set all but uk to inactive
And to stop eu buyers buying off UK site go to settings - shipping settings and untick international shipping on all your templates

Thank you I have sussed out the setting problem but i still have 675 book not eligible for self-fulfillment due to performance that fails to meet Amazon’s performance standards. but my dashboard is good with no problems I do not wish for Amazon to send my books with prime . I am sorry you much think I am thick but i am just frustrated just do not know how to reinstate all these books as I am losing sales
