Issue generating UPS postage labes

Issue generating UPS postage labes

For some reason when i attempt to generate shipping labels firstly the price is £0.00 for shipping and secondly the pdf only generates the amazon shipping label and not the UPS one. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

If you joined recently then you may have become eligible for their offer of free shipping to fba with ups
Can’t answer about the missing label though

There are two options for UPS labels for a FBA order, one is to use FBA partnered carrier where Amazon charge you the cost of shipping.

Other option is to arrange shipping through UPS yourself…I think you have opted for the option to arrange shipping yourself. You need to select the UPS partnered option
