I've checked my Performance and policy compliance and they are all within acceptable ranges.
I am a new seller and I am the only seller for my product, but still says Featured Offer eligible "NO"
I'm using the "Featured Offer eligible" column on the "Manage Inventory" page to determine if I'm eligible or not.
Order Defect Rate: 0% / N/A
Account Health Rating: 200
Late Shipment Rate: 0% / N/A
Pre-fulfillment rate: 0% / N/A
Valid Tracking Rate: 0% / N/A
Really all of my current inventory should be eligible.Can you please review and fix this issue?
