OTP phone number
How can I change the number for 2-step verification? Seller Central keeps sending OTP to a number I have not had for over 2 years. If I go to login settings it asks for a OTP and sends it to the old number again. My backup number is my landline but when I select that, nothing comes through.
I am logged in on my laptop but am trying to set up on a new desktop computer.
The only numbers I can find on my account settings are my landline and my current mobile.

The OTP screen has a link if you didn’t receive the number - what happens if you click that link?

The landline OTP call facility has been working only intermittently of late, and not just in the UK.

I wondered about that BonChoixUK, I am sure the landline worked when I set up my new laptop last year.

I had this problem.
I think this solved it for me:

Thanks for the suggestion, that is where I have been trying to change it. I think I may have ‘solved’ the problem. I am having a problem getting the OTP via landline (my backup) and I thought that, perhaps this system was not in operation any more. However the reply from BonChoixUK made me realise that it is intermittent at the moment.
I tried again yesterday evening and ‘Eureka’ it worked and I logged into my account on my new computer. Unfortunately, when I tried to add my new mobile number, a message popped up saying that the OTP had not been sent as I had requested too many in one day and to try again tomorrow.
I have just tried again and, ‘Surprise, Surprise!’ No 'phone call. I will just have to keep trying until I succeed.

Success! I have just got up from the new computer, having finally managed to recieve a OTP on my landline and register my mobile 'phone number. Whilst I was at it I registered my wife’s 'phone as well; I don’t want to go through that again.
Thank you everyone who made suggestions, it’s good to know there are people out there who will help when you are at your wits end.
