Customer reviews violating Community Guidelines do not get removed despite mod's intervention...

Hello,

I opened a thread here 5 months ago about the issue regarding the reviews' (non)removal.

I reported multiple reviews on one of our Asins - all reviews are against Community Guidelines. They never got removed. Then I sent emails @community-help twice with clear description why these reviews violate the Community Guidelines. As a last resource I opened a case but Amazon Seller Support can not do anything about that. They only repeat that I should report the reviews. So nothing happens..

After I opened a discussion here, Quincy_Amazon from Amazon said that he will contact the responsible team. Apparently nothing has happened since then..

Now I opened a new case at Seller Central - case ID 17698531191.

@Quincy_AmazonCould you please look into this case ID and help us?

Hello @Seller_kIDphBMxl1SvM,

In order to have this reviewed, I will need your complaint ID that the Communities team would have provided. Can you please send me your complaint ID. If you have not done so yet, please report this to the Communities Team by reporting this product review in this help page, which also explains what is not allowed.

At the bottom you will see the following instructions:

How to report violations

Use the "Report" link near the content that you want to report.

If someone offers you compensation to create, edit, or remove a review, report it using the Report Review Compensation form.

After we receive your report, we'll investigate and take appropriate action.

To find more information about the Amazon Community and how to contact us, follow these steps:

Visit Customer Service.

Select Help with something else (if this button is displayed).

Select Something else.

Select Amazon Community.

Select the most appropriate option from the list of Amazon Community features.

Once you submit this information, if it's been more than 10 days and you are not seeing any action being taken, please provide me with your Complaint ID so I can take a look. If you already have a complaint ID and it has been more than 10 days, please provide me with the Complaint ID.

Regards,

Michelle
