Selling in Saudi

Hi, I am registered to sell on FBA Amazon Saudi, I am based in the UAE and they are charging me 250 dirhams to send 500 dirhams worth of goods. Including the Amazon fees of selling, it doesn't make any sense to sell my products in Saudi. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, and how were you able to deal with it?
