Read onlyHello, Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,
I Received This Email in 18 JUNE,20204 and I summitted The Explanation and Document but Not Reactivate my seller account ,please Guide me
...Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Why did this happen?
We have taken this measure because one or more of your product listings are in violation of Amazon’s Intellectual Property policy:
ASIN: ........
Brand: .....................
Has your account been deactivated in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please submit an explanation by following the instructions in the banner at the top of your Account Health page Your explanation should include the following information:
-- How your account has not violated the Intellectual Property policy.
-- Evidence that shows that your account complies with our Intellectual Property policy.
What happens if I do not send a sufficient explanation or plan of action?
If you do not provide a valid appeal or choose not to appeal the deactivation, your account will remain deactivated.
Obviously you sold BRANDED products without "Letter of Authorization" from the brand. Or - worse - counterfeits of an existing brand.
Is that true? Then you have no chance to deliver the explanation and evidence proving the opposite and your account will not be reinstated. You will never again be allowed to create another Amazon account in your life.
Hello @Seller_94wShsgWvTnEf,
Thank you for posting your intellectual property violation concerns.
You had mentioned in your conversation with @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC that you had and submitted a letter of authorization and invoicesfor this product and brand. Can you confirm they met our requirements listing on the provided pages?
As you had mentioned providing this information a few days ago are you still experiencing this issue or were your documents accepted?
If the documentation has not been accepted, I have a few follow up questions for you regarding the sourcing and listing of your product. Are you sourcing from the brand itself or a manufacturer? Who exactly issued the letter of authorization, these can only be accepted when issued by the brand or brand owner. Finally when listing your product, did you create your own listing, or add a preexisting listing, what was the branding on the ASIN and did it match your product?
There can be a number of reason or issues that would result in the documentation not being accepted, these questions will help us better understand your situation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
