BOL and Pro/Freight Numbers, first shipment to Amazon Fulfilment Centre
Hello Amazon Comunity,
We are creating the first shipment to Amazon Fulfilment Centre in the UK, our product manufacturers will deliver 1 pallet to Amazon Fulfilment centre from their warehouse. We are struggling with BOL and PRO/Freight bill numbers. According to the note, ‘The Bill of Lading must include the Amazon Reference ID (PO) for the shipment, and have carton and pallet counts.’ Amazon generated BOL is does not have Amazon Reference ID (PO) for the shipment, and carton and pallet counts included in this BOL number, can we still use it?
Additionally, could you please let me know where should I get Pro/Freight Number?

When working on my shipments, I am no longer getting the Amazon Reference IDs for almost a year already and despite my supplier insisted that I provide it so they could arrange the delivery, eventually I was able to proceed with the shipment without it.
So I think that you should be able to BOL accepted without it, but if you are unsure, try verifying it by contacting the Amazon Seller Support or asking them how to obtain the Reference ID.
