claim money refund

HI,

I am seller in amazon and I did send my silver product to amazon customer who wanted to purchase.But after one week customer cancelled order and got refund but he returned to me fake cheap products instead of silver coin .Now when I did claim in amazon safe t claim and given all image of fake products amazon did not give any exact reason why they are denying claim and denying so many times.I will be in huge loss if i don't get this money because i lost product.Amazon did not understand my situation gave full refund to customer and not giving my money back.
