Premium Delivery Eligibility - RM Special Delivery
We have been using RM Special Delivery 1pm for all our ‘Next Day Delivery’ orders. However, it seems that one order was not delivered next day by RM and therefore it goes against our metrics.
As our On time rate is now 96.4% (26/27) our Premium Delivery Eligibility has been revoked by Amazon.
Do we have any chance of appealing this? As we used the correct service it is out of our hands if RM do not deliver it in the correct time frame

I don’t but this is on the help pages
I used to be eligible to offer Premium Shipping options but currently the Eligibility tool says I am not eligible. How can I get my eligibility back?
You can pull detailed performance reports from the Customer Metrics page and send us a Plan of Action that includes a root cause analysis of the performance issues and a plan to address these issues within a defined time period. Plans of Action should be sent to seller-performance@amazon.co.uk

you can appeal but it will be automatically reinstated in 30 days anyway

Do we appeal via Seller Support?
We are aware that it resets after 30 days, however, we like offering Premium Shipping on our FBM items as some customers are willing to pay for quicker delivery. We will be losing sales whilst we are not eligible
