This has just made me laugh when arrived at work today, message from a customer, it must be a joke !!
“May I request a refund on your product as I find it a bit pricey, I am a single mother and when I I orderd them last night I was under the impression they were cheaper than they were advertised.”

I had a customer yesterday wanting to return an item because they said it was damaged, so I went back to them saying that there might not be a need to return the item if they could send us through a photo of the damage… they came back saying they’d already thrown it in the bin so couldn’t provide a photo.
Sorry no photo or return… no refund. Some people eh!

How bizarre!
We had this EXACT message yesterday. Order placed and dispatched, then received the above message a few hours later.
We couldn’t work out why the price was invisible on the product page AND the price was not shown in their basket AND the price was not displayed when they confirmed payment for the order OR whether the price they saw changed somehow / sometime.
We’ve had a few unique questions over the years and this one is right up there.

He’s being so ridiculous I just can’t even!

There does seem to be a lot of it about right now. I had one customer sending 4 messages to cancel an order. All the messages were within 10 minutes of each other at around 7.30am on Saturday morning.
Another was an Amazon delivery that I’ve received negative feedback for. Apparently the delivery guy got to the door with the parcel and they sent him away, they had a sign on the gate for no one to enter. I haven’t a clue where they wanted it. Amazon refunded but they wanted it redelivering in the “correct manner”. So far this is all my fault and Amazon appear to agree as the feedback has not been removed!
Oh I’d almost forgot that someone left feedback that an item was cheaper in the shops and he only bought because of lockdown. Well it would be cheaper in the shops, they don’t pay Amazon fees or postage, the price is quite competitive online.
