Item cannot be found in Search
Hi,
Straight to the point as it does not really require any explanation.
I have an item that cannot be found in the search results even when simply searching for the ASIN.
- The item is active in my inventory and has stock available.
- The item is not search suppressed (At least according to my Inventory pages)
- I have sold this item numerous times although not recently (Hence the investigation)
- I have edited the listing (Adding some characteristics while I was in there) in an attempt to reset it.
- I have tried searching with different browsers and both logged in and logged out
Does anyone have any thought on what I can do to correct this?

I’ve found a number of my [used] BMVD items are effectively hidden, even though the product itself is not suppressed in search.
The items show as ‘currently unavailable’ and there is nothing showing in the
New from
Used from
links.
however, if you click on the See All Buying Options (which appears to be greyed out at first glance) the available offers mysteriously appear.
This has been going on for some while, mainly in DVDs, It seems

So, 20 hours on and Search catalogue still doesn’t find the item after the browse node update.
Might need to contact SS but don’t hold out much hope there either.
