Amazon pushing EVRI
Hi All
Has anyone else noticed this? Ibn the initial drop down for buy shipping I used to get presented with either two RM options & one EVRI or two EVRI & one RM.
For the last two weeks or so all three options have been EVRI
I am guessing EVRI are giving them a bigger discount than RM
So annoying as we won't use EVRI but can't turn it off, thoughts please....

You need to click on the light blue 'see all options' under the dropdown - it will then give you all options available. I never use Evri as the closest drop shop is 15 miles away !!

Amazon do not get commission from RM, when you have a RM linked Account, so no profit to Amazon at all.
Evri though, they buy at one price and resell it, so make a profit. The same applies with DPD.

evri can not respond to any inquiry i am trying to find my parcel and sevral times contact but till today no response it is not good service

Having same issue we are based in Scotland and Evri have said they can deal with us as our account is effecting there "metrics" as they cant get orders out next day
Amazon are still pushing us and we lose prime every week as Evri is still showing on our account to use
I cant work out how to stop using Evri / having them come up as an option
I tried to register with buy shipping who are also saying they dont cover scotland
We are just outside Edinburgh
Our options are either royal mail or DPD @£6 now if we used DPD all our prime offers would need to go up by £3 and on a £15 item this is not going to work

Because of the rejigged options on the drop-down buy postage menu that puts Evri first I've inadvertantly bought two lots of postage from them when I always use RM. I've cancelled both times but have yet to be refunded - this was weeks ago! Does anyone know if the same rules apply for Evri as they did for RM regarding refunds for unused postage?

I'm not sure what you mean by this ? - you do not need to register to use Buy Shipping ? - you simply click on the tab beside the order. I am in highland Perthshire and I use Buy Shipping much of the time.

Yes I see that on my account now. Just before Christmas Amazon turned evri off without any notice one day it was there the next it was gone and of course no explination at all. Now it is backbut I am now ONLY being offered evri labels that have to be collected by evri, pre christmas I could use a drop off shop not now. Minimim of 100 evri parcels per week to open a collection account. So no use to me at all.
