Please help! My account has been deactivated but I am still getting charged every month!

Please help! My account has been deactivated but I am still getting charged every month!

Please help.
My account has been deactivated for over a year.
I had stopped selling at Amazon at the beginning of last year so it was okay I didn’t bother so much.
Then suddenly last month, I was charged nearly 350 pounds then am going to be charged 51 pounds this month.
I would like to stop this so I tried to reactivate the account.

Amazon says I have another account and I am violating their multiple account policy. Amazon says the second account was created in 2018. After a long search, I found the store page and saw that this store got three feedbacks from buyers in 2018. I also found that this seller is no longer selling there (or the account has been closed).
I have never seen this store name, never created the account or any other account, no family nor near my family, friends relatives have ever touched my account and do not know what exactly I do. I have never shown my account to anyone else. So I have no idea why Amazon would say my account is associated with that account.
So I cannot give Amazon any documentation or proof that I have not associated with that account.
I took a screenshot of the store page for that account and said this is no longer active but it did not work.

In fact, I am happy to close this account. Because I have started another business so I do not intend to sell on Amazon anymore. However, I want to know why I should be charged and continue to be charged for this account even though I have not been able to use it and have not sold anything during that time.
I had changed to holiday mode and individual seller long before my account got deactivated.

It seems that this charge comes from the VAT matter. However, I do not understand why they would charge for an account that is not available.

Will I continue to be charged till I cannot find the relevant documentation? Amazon would never give me any hints?
I had sold at Amazon for nearly 10 years and it is so sad for me to have such a bad ending.

Even if you do not own another account, your account does share at least one significant point of information with this other account. That information connects their status and actions to your account.

Do you share bank accounts, credit cards, or inventory with another Selling Partner?

Do you share computers with another Seller? Office space? Home address?

In order to reactivate this selling account, please follow the steps below:

You must first reactivate the related account by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

In order to prove that you are not related, you will have to submit evidence. Kindly submit proof of no relations.

To know more about this issue, please follow the steps below:

Click on Help > Get Support > Selling on Amazon and select the option Account Health, you will get a drop down option Reactivate your account, click on that and select ‘Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support’.

Once you click on select issue, you will get an option to describe your issue and enter the details requested. You will be connected to our partner team.

We understand the concern regarding the issue you have with the related accounts. Let’s work together in finding the solution.

In order to reactivate your selling account, you will have to first reactivate the account to which your selling account is related to and appeal from their account, once that appeal has been accepted then submit the same appeal from your account by clicking here along with the name of reactivated related account and the date of reactivation.

In case you strongly believe that this action has been taken in error, you would need to submit a strong plan of action through the ‘Submit New information’ button on the Account Health Dashboard addressing your issue along with any of the supporting documents such as sales deed, purchase agreement, or business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.

I found that this account DVDTHEQUE was quite active at French Amazon.
The store has got 153 feedback, whereas other channels were less than ten.
The store got the feedback until 2021, so I presume that this store was also deactivated at the same time as mine, probably because of multi accounts policy.

I cannot get any more information from the store information site, but I wonder if I sent a question message to the account if the store has the same situation(reactivation trouble) and if we can find any proofs that we are totally different sellers.

I wonder why Amazon won’t tell me what thing they think my account is related to the other account.
I think I have sent messages to reactivate my account more than ten times but the reply is the same. There is no further information provided even if I said that I have never linked to another account.
It seems it happened five years ago. Nobody touched my account, I asked nobody to help my business, none of my family knows how to deal with my business,
