VTR Tracking

I’m hoping, that someone may be able to help. Unfortunately, we missed all the communication regarding the changes to VTR and our rate has now dropped significantly. We use click and drop at present and ship approx 100 items a day via Royal mail 2nd class. I have a few questions. If we buy bulk postage from amazon, how does that work…
Does anyone use APC and if so, do we need to add measurements for every item? We mainly ship large letters and packets. We also sell via eBay and etsy and RM collects our packages. Will we still be able to use them to collect Amazon packages as well?
Any help would be appreciated.

You’re not the first person to say that, but honestly, I think the first email was back in February and there have been multiple emails and announcements about it, plus dozens of threads/post on here.

what service code do you use ?
do you use click and drop or OBA with PPI equivalent ?

If you are posting large letters and parcels, and Royal Mail collect your parcels, and you are posting 100 items a week I assume you have an OBA.
Are you buying BPL or CRL on C&D? If so then you can carry on buying postage on C&D, but make sure that the information is going across to Amazon correctly (tracking numbers etc)
Can you upload a screenshot of your VTR report?
