Account Deactivated and Suspend
Hi,
I have an issue with my account. My account last year was suspended because of the payment method. For which I opened the business account with HSBC and added to my account and sent the details to Amazon. But there is no answer. There comes the message to reactivate the account and when I click on that, it only says that your account has failed our verification process and check your email. But there’s nothing in the email. Payment method has been updated and accepted by Amazon but account has not been activated. I need help please. As I’m selling household and bedding items. Your help will be much appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. This is the message which I received from Amazon. And after that I opened a business account and updated it. There’s no issue now as the payment method has been updated and changed. But I don’t know why my account has not been activated. Thanks and waiting.

Although all information and account is ok.

Thanks for your reply. I’m registered as sole trader. And I checked and there’s no issue now with the payment method as it has been updated. But in identity information there comes that your account has been deactivated so have limited access.

They have already approved other documents. Payment method was ok as well until they told its not approved. I have uploaded all documents. The problem is there’s no message coming about the issue and reactivating doesn’t work as well.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. But I was working on Amazon earlier and everything was alright. And I submitted the identity documents and they were accepted. And then Amazon asked for opening Business account which was added and there was no issue. Can you please check and get back.
Also I can resubmit documents and account details but there’s not coming that option.
I’m worried that what are the possibilities to reactivate my account because I’m already selling on other platforms. And had the planning to expand the business.

I changed the shop name and provided the letter as well. But because I’m sole trader so I can keep different shop name to reflect shop products. But I wanted to ask how I can satisfy Amazon now as it’s not accepting the ‘reactivate your account’. Thanks
