EAN validation problem

Hello,

We are having problems with the EAN codes when we try to create all our products because Amazon says they can’t verify that we own that codes.

I asume the reason is GS1 prefix certificate is associate with the company name, not the brand. For solve this, we give them documentation that proves we own that brand, so I don’t understand where is the problem. They keep asking us for photos and other stuff, but the products don’t show the brand’s name.

What can we do?
