We also faced this issue fews days back. For us, this occured whenever a new listing was attempted to be added to an existing parent listing.
Raise a seller support case with screenshots attached. Your issue will get resolved.
Otherwise there is also a round about approach which is faster than relying on seller support. You can try listing your item as first single listing without any parent grouping. Then in your existing parent variation, under Variation section, add the attribute and SKU of the single listing. Your single item will get grouped under the parent without any issues.

Hello all! I have connected with our tech team regarding this issue, they are still investigation this issue, it appears to be related to an error caused by the pricing.
Please update the list_price for all the impacted listings using the Edit listing option in seller central or uploading a template, after the list price has been updated, please re-submit the variation update.
