Amazon communicating to me via my personal buyer account
I have had the following problem for several years. I have phoned Amazon and opened cases but it is always dismissed. Amazon sends all its seller central associated important emails to me into my personal Amazon buying account Amazon.co.uk account. I have checked all my settings in seller central and nothing will change this. There are no messages in my Amazon seller central account from Amazon when clicking on the envelope button top right. Only customer emails are entering my account. All my. Amazon sold item emails are entering my personal buying account too. It is really frustrating. I cannot see any phone number to ring Amazon about this either,

This is normal, the messages inbox is only for communication with buyers/customers.

Yes, I am receiving the Amazon sold emails and notification, verification emails direct to my email address entered on seller central… But I am receiving copies of all these emails into my personal Amazon.co.Uk buying account. Today I received an email from Amazon seller central saying the following into my personal Amazon.co.uk account that does not appear in performance notification email section of my seller central.
