New Seller - Payments Not active
Hello,
New seller,
ive sold 30+ things,
confirmed dispatch,
performance is fine.
but funds are all being held under the ‘account reserve’
is it because im not uploading tracking yet?
or is it based on reviews?
its been over a month now now had a single withdrawal.

It’s usually a rolling reserve with payments released 7 days after the last Estimated delivery date of orders
However, have you had the ‘your selling on amazon payments account is verifed’ email ? And does your bank account show as verified ?

That is quite normal for new sellers, reserve in case you need to do any refunds.
Nothing to do with tracking or reviews.
You only upload tracking if you have sent via a tracked method. If untracked then you leave it blank.

i mean its upto about 30 transactions now and still in reserve.
first item was delivered weeks ago.
regarding the ‘payments account’ e-mail,
yes, im fully verified with no warnings or Red things on my account.
wondering if i should start sending a few tracked items because its concerning. i dont need the funds just want to know its all working.
