CZ VAT number on VIES is valid but got rejected by Amazon
Our Czech VAT number is active in VIES and yet Amazon rejected it. We opened a case regarding this issue and the support replied that there may be a mismatch in Name or Address but both are correct.

how did you fix this problem?
I have the same issue in the USA market, although I was already verified with my VAT, it shows in my account as rejected VAT. Support told me it was rejected by VIES, which however shows it has been verified.
Also they dont accept my business registration number (IČO), however I put it in, it shows invalid number. I tried with ''0s'' and nothing works.
Any recommendations, please?

If you also have a screenshot of the number being valid in VIES, please add it as well, as any proof of information and screenshot of the issue is helpful to resolve the issue at hand.
