Lost Featured Offer Eligibility a Few Months Ago and Still Haven't Gotten it Back
I lost featured offer eligibility a few months ago because I didn't have enough product in my inventory. I have tried for months to get it back. I have great customer service, never have any claims, my products are authentic and yet Amazon still won't give it back to me. It is severly affecting my sales. I have many more products in my inventory now so I need help getting featured offer eligibility back. I have contacted Seller Support more times than I can count and they never provide any assistance. One time I was able to contact them and they filed an appeal and I got it back, but ever since then they haven't helped me. I'm not sure what else to do. I sell on the Amazon Renewed Program. Please someone help me!!
