Which violation
Hello,
I am trying to report a product that is being sold unlawfully, it is meant to be registered as a medical device with the MHRA aand carry a UKCA logo which it is not. I had a the Amazon customer contact me by phone through my website as their child has had a re-action and they have got nowhere reporting it with Amazon through the product page on Amazon
As a mum I want to help them but I have come up against Amazon seller support telling me to report the violation in trademark and patent but this is not relevent.and I cannot proceed as none of the questions are applicable
I initially reported on "Content on detail page is incorrect or not allowed as per Amazon’s policy"
I am eager to get this sorted before any other children end up in A&E even though it is not my product.
Interestingly I advised Amazon seller support as now they are aware they are selling an unlawful an legally uncompliant product and they take no action they will be liable. I still have my emails but they have removed the case id from my list on the platform
Can anyone advise me on which violation or other route I should take please?

I imagine you’d be better suited reporting it to the MHRA and trading standards than amazon.
